The present invention provides a fluorene initiator, a photocurable composition comprising same, and an application thereof. The fluorene photoinitiator has a structure represented by formula (I) or formula (II). In the photoinitiator, one or more alkyl ketone substituents are introduced to a fluorene structure, and two aryl ketone-based alkyl substituents or benzophenone-based alkyl substituents are introduced to no. 9 carbon atom, thereby enabling fragments formed by the initiator after an initiation reaction to still have high stability and photocuring effect; in addition, the introduction of a plurality of photoactive groups R3 can increase the number of free radicals produced by the photoinitiator per unit mass, thereby facilitating the improvement of sensitivity of the photoinitiator. Moreover, because the photoinitiator has a larger molecular weight and a lighter color, the photoinitiator further has the characteristics of less liability to migration and excellent yellow resistance, and therefore, the photoinitiator has the advantages of almost no VOC emission, low odor and excellent yellow resistance.

La présente invention concerne un initiateur de fluorène, une composition photodurcissable le comprenant et une application correspondante. Le photo-initiateur de fluorène a une structure représentée par la formule (I) ou la formule (II). Dans le photo-initiateur, un ou plusieurs substituants alkylcétone sont introduits dans une structure fluorène, et deux substituants alkyle à base d'arylcétone ou des substituants alkyle à base de benzophénone sont introduits au niveau de l'atome de carbone n° 9, ce qui permet à des fragments formés par l'initiateur après une réaction d'initiation de présenter encore une stabilité et un effet de photodurcissement élevés ; de plus, l'introduction d'une pluralité de groupes photo-actifs R3 peut augmenter le nombre de radicaux libres produits par le photo-initiateur par masse unitaire, ce qui facilite l'amélioration de la sensibilité du photo-initiateur. De plus, étant donné que le photo-initiateur a un poids moléculaire plus élevé et une couleur plus claire, le photo-initiateur présente en outre comme caractéristiques une moindre susceptibilité à la migration et une excellente résistance au jaunissement, et par conséquent, le photo-initiateur présente comme avantages une émission de COV quasi nulle, une faible odeur et une excellente résistance au jaunissement.

本发明提供了一种芴类引发剂、包含其的光固化组合物及应用。该芴类光引发剂具有式(I)或式(Ⅱ)所示的结构。上述光引发剂中,在芴结构上引入一个或多个烷基酮类取代基,在9号碳原子上引入两个芳基酮类烷基取代基或苯甲酮类烷基取代基,这使得引发反应后上述引发剂形成的碎片依然具有较高的稳定性和光固化效果;同时多个光活性基团R 3的引入能够增加单位质量光引发剂产生自由基的数量,进而有利于提高光引发剂的感度。此外由于上述光引发剂的分子量较大,颜色较浅,因而上述光引发剂还具有不易迁移和耐黄性优异的特点,因而上述光引发剂还具有几乎没有VOC排出,气味低及耐黄性优异的优点。
