Provided are an electroluminescent display substrate and a preparation method therefor, and an electroluminescent display apparatus. The display substrate comprises: a base substrate; a thin film transistor arranged on the base substrate; a display light-emitting element positioned on the side of the thin film transistor facing away from the base substrate; an inorganic material layer positioned between the thin film transistor and the display light-emitting element; a packaging structure arranged on the base substrate and covering the display light-emitting element; an open hole, the open hole at least penetrating the packaging structure; at least one isolation column arranged on the base substrate, the at least one isolation column surrounding the open hole; and a coating layer arranged on the base substrate and covering the at least one isolation column. The forward projection of the inorganic material layer on the base substrate at least partially overlaps the forward projection of the thin film transistor on the base substrate, and the forward projection of the at least one isolation column on the base substrate falls into the forward projection of the coating layer on the base substrate, the coating layer and the inorganic material layer being positioned on the same layer.

L'invention concerne un substrat d'affichage électroluminescent et son procédé de préparation, et un appareil d'affichage électroluminescent. Le substrat d'affichage comprend : un substrat de base ; un transistor à couches minces disposé sur le substrat de base ; un élément électroluminescent d'affichage positionné sur le côté du transistor à couches minces opposé au substrat de base ; une couche de matériau inorganique positionnée entre le transistor à couches minces et l'élément électroluminescent d'affichage ; une structure d'encapsulation disposée sur le substrat de base et recouvrant l'élément électroluminescent d'affichage ; un trou ouvert, le trou ouvert pénétrant au moins dans la structure d'encapsulation ; au moins une colonne d'isolation disposée sur le substrat de base, l'au moins une colonne d'isolation entourant le trou ouvert ; et une couche de revêtement disposée sur le substrat de base et recouvrant l'au moins une colonne d'isolation. La projection vers l'avant de la couche de matériau inorganique sur le substrat de base chevauche au moins partiellement la projection vers l'avant du transistor à couches minces sur le substrat de base, et la projection vers l'avant de l'au moins une colonne d'isolation sur le substrat de base tombe dans la projection vers l'avant de la couche de revêtement sur le substrat de base, la couche de revêtement et la couche de matériau inorganique étant positionnées sur la même couche.
