A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises an array substrate (406), a color filter substrate (404), and a black matrix (401), a pad layer (402) and a sealant (403) located between the array substrate (406) and the color filter substrate (404); the display panel comprises a display region and a non-display region disposed around the display region; the black matrix (401) is located in the non-display region, and one side of the black matrix (401) is close to the display region; the pad layer (402) is located in the non-display region, and is disposed on one side, away from the display region, of the black matrix (401); the sealant (403) comprises a first portion corresponding to the pad layer (402) and a second portion corresponding to the black matrix (401); and the thickness of the first portion is not greater than the thickness of the second portion.
