A quantum rod light-emitting diode device, comprising a substrate (1), and a negative electrode (2), an electronic functional layer (3), a light emitting layer (4), a hole functional layer (5) and a positive electrode (6) which are successively stacked on the substrate (1); wherein a plurality of quantum rods (10) are disposed in the light emitting layer (4), and are arranged directionally. The light emitting layer (4) of the quantum rod light-emitting diode device comprises the quantum rods (10) arranged directionally so as to convert incident light into polarized light, which is beneficial to improving the emitting efficiency of the polarized light.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif à diode électroluminescente à tige quantique, comprenant un substrat (1), une électrode négative (2), une couche fonctionnelle électronique (3), une couche électroluminescente (4), une couche fonctionnelle de trou (5) et une électrode positive (6) qui sont empilées successivement sur le substrat (1) ; une pluralité de tiges quantiques (10) étant disposées dans la couche électroluminescente (4) et agencées de manière directionnelle.
