An electromagnetic semi-continuous casting method for a non-ferrous metal and an alloy thereof, using an electromagnetic semi-continuous casting device for non-ferrous metal and alloy thereof. An outer side wall of a copper inner sleeve (11) of the device is provided with or not provided with a reinforcing rib; when the reinforcing rib is provided, the reinforcing rib and the copper inner sleeve (11) are an integrated structure; the reinforcing rib is composed of a plurality of annular bodies (13), or a plurality of rows of arc bodies (14) or a plurality of circular ring bodies (13) and a plurality of columnar bodies. The method involves: (1) passing in cooling water and introducing a metal melt into a crystallizer; (2) respectively supplying two groups of excitation coils (8) with an alternating current or a pulse current by means of a power supply, each forming a magnetic field with a phase difference of 90°, and the resulting phase difference magnetic field acting on the metal melt; and (3) performing casting.

L'invention concerne un procédé de coulée semi-continue électromagnétique pour un métal non ferreux et un alliage de celui-ci, à l'aide d'un dispositif de coulée semi-continue électromagnétique pour un métal non ferreux et un alliage de celui-ci. Une paroi latérale externe d'un manchon interne en cuivre (11) du dispositif est pourvue ou non d'une nervure de renfort ; lorsque la nervure de renfort est prévue, la nervure de renfort et le manchon interne en cuivre (11) sont une structure intégrée ; la nervure de renfort est composée d'une pluralité de corps annulaires (13) ou d'une pluralité de rangées de corps d'arc (14) ou d'une pluralité de corps annulaires circulaires (13) et d'une pluralité de corps colonnaires. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (1) faire passer de l'eau de refroidissement et introduire un métal en fusion dans un cristalliseur ; (2) alimenter respectivement deux groupes de bobines d'excitation (8) avec un courant alternatif ou un courant d'impulsion au moyen d'une alimentation électrique, chacun formant un champ magnétique ayant une différence de phase de 90°, le champ magnétique de différence de phase résultant agissant sur la masse fondue métallique ; et (3) réaliser une coulée.

一种有色金属及其合金电磁半连铸方法,采用有色金属及其合金电磁半连铸装置,该装置的铜制内套(11)的外侧壁上设有或不设有加强筋,当设有加强筋时,加强筋与铜制内套(11)为一体结构,加强筋由多个圆环体(13)组成,或者由多排弧形体(14)组成,或者由多个圆环体(13)和多个柱状体构成网格状;方法为:(1)通入冷却水,将金属熔体导入结晶器;(2)通过电源对两组励磁线圈(8)分别通入交变电流或脉冲电流,各自形成磁场,相位差为90°,形成的差相磁场作用于金属熔体;(3)进行铸造。
