Abstract
(EN) An optical system includes a substrate and a polarization volume hologram (PVH) composite film formed over the substrate. The PVH composite film includes a first PVH layer formed over the substrate and having a helix twist of a first handedness, and a second PVH layer coupled to the first PVH layer and having a helix twist of a second handedness orthogonal to the first handedness. The first PVH layer is configured to reflect and converge circularly polarized light having the first handedness. The second PVH layer is configured to reflect and converge circularly polarized light having the second handedness.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système optique qui comprend un substrat et un film composite d'hologramme de volume de polarisation (PVH) formé sur le substrat. Le film composite de PVH comprend une première couche de PVH formée sur le substrat et ayant une torsion d'hélice ayant un premier sens de rotation, et une seconde couche de PVH couplée à la première couche de PVH et ayant une torsion d'hélice ayant un second sens de rotation orthogonal au premier sens de rotation. La première couche de PVH est conçue pour réfléchir et pour faire converger une lumière à polarisation circulaire ayant le premier sens de rotation. La seconde couche de PVH est conçue pour réfléchir et pour faire converger une lumière à polarisation circulaire ayant le second sens de rotation.
