The present invention provides a blood pressure measurement system for calculating a blood pressure value by using biometric signals measured at two different parts, and a blood pressure measurement method using same. A blood pressure measurement system according to the present invention comprises: a first sensor unit for detecting a hemorheological parameter at one part of a body; a second sensor unit for detecting arterial pressure and a hemorheological parameter measured at another part of the body; and a control unit including a blood pressure calculation unit for calculating, from a first hemorheological parameter detected by the first sensor unit and a second hemorheological parameter and the arterial pressure detected by the second sensor unit, a blood pressure value of a part at which the first hemorheological parameter is detected. The present invention relates to a blood pressure measurement system for measuring blood pressure by using a change in a blood pressure parameter and vascular resistivity and, more specifically, to a sphygmomanometer for calculating blood pressure by using vascular resistivity obtained by a hemorheological parameter detected at one part of a body and a hemorheological parameter and arterial pressure detected at another part of the body. Accordingly, the present invention can more accurately measure blood pressure of a desired blood pressure acquisition part on the basis of variance in a hemorheological parameter and vascular resistivity, thereby greatly enhancing reliability of a sphygmomanometer.

La présente invention concerne un système de mesure de tension artérielle permettant de calculer une valeur de tension artérielle à l'aide de signaux biométriques mesurés au niveau de deux parties différentes, et un procédé de mesure de tension artérielle l'utilisant. Un système de mesure de tension artérielle selon la présente invention comprend : un premier ensemble capteur destiné à détecter un paramètre hémorhéologique au niveau d'une partie d'un corps ; un deuxième ensemble capteur destiné à détecter une tension artérielle et un paramètre hémorhéologique mesurés au niveau d'une autre partie du corps ; et une unité de commande comprenant une unité de calcul de tension artérielle destinée à calculer, à partir du premier paramètre hémorhéologique détecté par le premier ensemble capteur et du deuxième paramètre hémorhéologique et de la tension artérielle détectés par le deuxième ensemble capteur, une valeur de tension artérielle d'une partie au niveau de laquelle le premier paramètre hémorhéologique est détecté. La présente invention porte sur un système de mesure de tension artérielle permettant de mesurer la tension artérielle à l'aide d'un changement d'un paramètre de tension artérielle et d'une résistivité vasculaire et, plus particulièrement, sur un sphygmomanomètre servant à calculer la tension artérielle à l'aide d'une résistivité vasculaire obtenue par un paramètre hémorhéologique détecté au niveau d'une partie d'un corps et d'un paramètre hémorhéologique et d'une tension artérielle détectés au niveau d'une autre partie du corps. En conséquence, la présente invention peut mesurer plus précisément la tension artérielle d'une partie d'acquisition de tension artérielle souhaitée sur la base d'une variance d'un paramètre hémorhéologique et d'une résistivité vasculaire, améliorant ainsi considérablement la fiabilité d'un sphygmomanomètre.

본 발명은 서로 다른 2 부위에서 측정되는 생체 신호를 이용해서 혈압값을 산출하는 혈압 측정 시스템 및 이를 이용한 혈압 측정 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 혈압 측정 시스템은: 신체의 일 부위에서 혈류 파라미터의 검출을 위한 제1센서부; 신체의 다른 일 부위에서 혈류 파라미터와 동맥압 측정의 검출을 위한 제2센서부; 그리고 상기 제1센서부에 의해 검출되는 제1 혈류 파라미터와 상기 제2센서부에 의해 검출되는 제2 혈류 파라미터 및 동맥압으로부터, 상기 제1 혈류 파라미터가 검출되는 부위의 혈압값을 산출하는 혈압 산출부를 갖는 제어유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명은 혈관 저항률과 혈압 파라미터의 변화를 이용해서 혈압을 측정하는 혈압 측정 시스템, 보다 구체적으로 신체의 일 부위에서 검출되는 혈류 파라미터와 신체의 다른 일 부위에서 검출되는 동맥압과 혈류 파라미터에 의한 혈관 저항률을 이용해서 혈압을 계산하는 혈압계이므로, 혈류 파라미터 변화량과 혈관 저항률을 기반으로 혈압 획득을 원하는 부위의 혈압을 보다 정확하게 측정할 수 있고, 혈압계의 신뢰도가 크게 향상될 수 있다.
