An ice making machine (1) is equipped with: ice making units (4) provided with ice making surfaces and cryogen flow channels (6) through which a cryogen for cooling the ice making surfaces flows; a pump (14) for compressing and discharging the cryogen which has been cooled by a heat exchanger (18); and a control unit (15) for controlling a discharge amount of the pump (14). The cryogen is carbon dioxide, and the control unit (15) controls the pump (14) such that the cryogen is in a gas-liquid mixed state at outlets (6B) of the cryogen flow channels (6).

Une machine de fabrication de glace (1) est équipée : d'unités de fabrication de glace (4) pourvues de surfaces de fabrication de glace et de canaux d'écoulement de cryogène (6) à travers lesquels circule un cryogène pour refroidir les surfaces de fabrication de glace; d'une pompe (14) pour comprimer et décharger le cryogène qui a été refroidi par un échangeur de chaleur (18); et une unité de commande (15) pour commander une quantité de décharge de la pompe (14). Le cryogène est le dioxyde de carbone, et l'unité de commande (15) commande la pompe (14) de telle sorte que le cryogène est dans un état mélangé gaz-liquide au niveau des sorties (6B) des canaux d'écoulement de cryogène (6).

この製氷機(1)は、製氷面および前記製氷面を冷却する寒剤を流すための寒剤流路(6)を備えた製氷ユニット(4)と、熱交換器(18)により冷却された寒剤を加圧して吐出するポンプ(14)と、前記ポンプ(14)の吐出量を制御する制御部(15)とを具備する。前記寒剤は二酸化炭素であり、前記制御部(15)は、前期寒剤流路(6)の出口(6B)で前記寒剤が気液混合状態となるように前記ポンプ(14)を制御する。
