This charge-discharge control device (1) for a secondary battery (2) is mounted on a vehicle. The charge-discharge control device (1) is provided with a deterioration information deduction unit (20), an input/output range setting unit (30), and a charge-discharge control unit (50). The deterioration information deduction unit (20) deduces deterioration information of the secondary battery (2). The input/output range setting unit (30) performs control so as to cause an initially permitted input/output range, which is predetermined in the secondary battery (2), to be expanded on the basis of a deduction result of the deterioration information deduction unit (20). The charge-discharge control unit (50) performs control such that an expanded permitted range determined as a result of expanding the initially permitted range by the input/output range setting unit (30) is used.

Ce dispositif de commande de charge/décharge (1) pour une batterie rechargeable (2) est monté sur un véhicule. Le dispositif de commande de charge/décharge (1) est pourvu d'une unité de déduction d'informations de détérioration (20), d'une unité de réglage de plage d'entrée/sortie (30) et d'une unité de commande de charge/décharge (50). L'unité de déduction d'informations de détérioration (20) déduit des informations de détérioration de la batterie rechargeable (2). L'unité de réglage de plage d'entrée/sortie (30) effectue une commande de manière à amener une plage d'entrée/sortie initialement autorisée, qui est prédéterminée dans la batterie rechargeable (2), à être étendue sur la base d'un résultat de déduction de l'unité de déduction d'informations de détérioration (20). L'unité de commande de charge/décharge (50) effectue une commande de telle sorte qu'une plage autorisée étendue déterminée suite à l'expansion de la plage initialement autorisée par l'unité de réglage de plage d'entrée/sortie (30) est utilisée.

二次電池(2)の充放電制御装置(1)は、車両に搭載される。そして、充放電制御装置(1)は、劣化情報推定部(20)、入出力領域設定部(30)、充放電制御部(50)を備える。劣化情報推定部(20)は、二次電池(2)の劣化情報を推定する。入出力領域設定部(30)は、二次電池(2)において予め定められた入出力の初期許容領域を、劣化情報推定部(20)の推定結果に基づいて拡大するように制御する。充放電制御部(50)は、入出力領域設定部(30)により初期許容領域が拡大されてなる拡大許容領域内で行うように制御する。
