This vehicle-mounted object detection system is characterized in that the difference between a plurality of road-surface reflection levels that have been detected by a plurality of object detection devices (11-15) attached to a vehicle (1) is calculated and if this difference exceeds a predetermined value range, a control device (2) determines that there is an abnormality in one of the plurality of object detection devices (11-15). As a result, it is possible to identify the occurrence of an abnormality in an object detection device (11-15) without using complicated statistical processing and with less error than in the prior art.

La présente invention concerne un système de détection d'objet monté sur un véhicule qui est caractérisé en ce que la différence entre une pluralité de niveaux de réflexion de la surface de la route qui ont été détectés par une pluralité de dispositifs de détection d'objet (11-15) fixés sur un véhicule (1) est calculée et si cette différence dépasse une plage de valeurs prédéterminée, un dispositif de commande (2) détermine la présence d'une anomalie dans l'un de la pluralité de dispositifs de détection d'objet (11-15). Par conséquent, il est possible d'identifier l'apparition d'une anomalie dans un dispositif de détection d'objet (11-15) sans utiliser de traitement statistique compliqué et avec moins d'erreur que dans l'état de la technique.

車両(1)に取り付けられた複数の物体検知装置(11~15)で検出された複数の路面反射レベルの差を算出し、この差が予め定められた値の範囲を超えているとき、複数の物体検知装置(11~15)のいずれかに異常があると制御装置(2)で判定することを特徴とする。これにより、統計的処理を複雑にすることなく、物体検知装置(11~15)の異常の発生を、従来よりも誤りなく判定できる。
