The invention concerns a method for determining a spatial distribution of phases (SP) of a product (100) to be manufactured by additive manufacturing. To improve the prediction of spatial distribution of phases (SP) in the product (100) manufactured by additive manufacturing techniques the proposed method comprises the following steps: determining (S2) one or more areas (A1,...,A4) of the product (100), determining (S3) a temperature progression (T1,...,T4) for each of the areas (A1,...,A4) and determining (S4) the spatial distribution of phases (SP) by correlating the temperature progression (T1,...,T4) to the phase (P1,...,P4) in each of the areas (A1,...,A4). Furthermore, the invention addresses the problem of manufacturing a product (100) with a predetermined target spatial distribution (TSP) of phases. The invention further concerns a method for manufacturing a product (100) with a target phase composition and a product (100) comprising a spatial distribution of phases (SP) according to the method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'une distribution spatiale de phases (SP) d'un produit (100) à fabriquer par fabrication additive. Pour améliorer la prédiction de la distribution spatiale des phases (SP) dans le produit (100) fabriqué par des techniques de fabrication additive, le procédé proposé comprend les étapes suivantes, consistant à : déterminer (S2) une ou plusieurs zones (A1, ,..., A4) du produit (100), déterminer (S3) une progression de température (T1, ..., T4) pour chacune des zones (A1, ..., A4) et déterminer (S4) la distribution spatiale des phases (SP) par mise en corrélation de la progression de la température (T1,..., T4) avec la phase (P1, ..., P4) dans chacune des zones (A1, ..., A4). En outre, l'invention aborde le problème de la fabrication d'un produit (100) présentant une distribution spatiale cible prédéterminée (TSP) de phases. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un produit (100) présentant une composition cible de phases et un produit (100) comprenant une distribution spatiale de phases (SP) selon le procédé.
