The present invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing, and in particular, to a photosensitive resin ceramic and a stereolithography preparation method therefor. The present invention provides a stereolithography preparation method for a photosensitive resin ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: mixing vinyl polysilazane with a reactive diluent to obtain a mixed solution; step 2: adding a photoinitiator and a free radical scavenger to the mixed solution to obtain a ceramic precursor mixed solution; and step 3: performing stereolithography on the ceramic precursor mixed solution to obtain a photosensitive resin ceramic. The present invention also provides a photosensitive resin ceramic prepared by the preparation method. The present invention provides a photosensitive resin ceramic and a stereolithography preparation method therefor, which solves the technical problem of the low yield of ceramic in the existing preparation method.

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de l'impression 3D et, en particulier, à une céramique de résine photosensible et à son procédé de préparation par stéréolithographie. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation par stéréolithographie d'une céramique de résine photosensible. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : étape 1 : mélange de polysilazane vinylique avec un diluant réactif pour obtenir une solution mélangée ; étape 2 : ajout d'un photoamorceur et d'un antiradicalaire à la solution mélangée pour obtenir une solution mélangée de précurseur de céramique ; et étape 3 : réalisation d'une stéréolithographie sur la solution mélangée de précurseur de céramique pour obtenir une céramique de résine photosensible. La présente invention concerne également une céramique de résine photosensible préparée à l'aide du procédé de préparation. La présente invention concerne une céramique de résine photosensible et son procédé de préparation par stéréolithographie, qui résout le problème technique du faible rendement de la céramique dans le procédé de préparation existant.

本发明涉及3D打印技术领域,尤其涉及一种光敏树脂陶瓷及其立体光固化制备方法。本发明提供了一种光敏树脂陶瓷的立体光固化成型制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将乙烯基聚硅氮烷和活性稀释剂混合得到混合溶液;步骤2:将光引发剂和自由基清除剂加入所述混合溶液中得到陶瓷前驱体混合溶液;步骤3:将所述陶瓷前驱体混合溶液进行光固化成型得到光敏树脂陶瓷。本发明还提供了由上述制备方法制得的光敏树脂陶瓷。本发明提供了一种光敏树脂陶瓷及其立体光固化制备方法,解决了现有的制备方法陶瓷产率较低的技术问题。
