Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Extrahieren einer Target-Nukleinsäure (22) aus einer Probenflüssigkeit (500). Das Verfahren umfasst ein Bereitstellen einer Heizeinrichtung mit einem Heizelement (10) in Kontakt mit der Probenflüssigkeit (500), wobei das Heizelement (10) mit zumindest einer Funktionsnukleinsäure (14) konjugiert ist und wobei die zumindest eine Funktionsnukleinsäure (14) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit der Target-Nukleinsäure (22) zu hybridisieren und die Target-Nukleinsäure (22) an das Heizelement (10) zu binden. Ferner umfasst das Verfahren ein Erzeugen einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Heizelement (10) und der Probenflüssigkeit (500) und ein Extrahieren der Target-Nukleinsäure (22) aus der Probenflüssigkeit (500) durch ein Separieren des Heizelements (10) von der Probenflüssigkeit (500). Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Amplifizieren einer Target-Nukleinsäure (22) und eine Vorrichtung (24) zum Extrahieren und/oder Amplifizieren einer Target-Nukleinsäure (22).

The invention relates to a method for extracting a target nucleic acid (22) from a sample liquid (500). The method comprises providing a heating device having a heating element (10) in contact with the sample liquid (500), wherein the heating element (10) is conjugated with at least one functional nucleic acid (14) and wherein the at least one functional nucleic acid (14) is designed to hybridize to the target nucleic acid (22) and to bind the target nucleic acid (22) to the heating element (10). The method further comprises generating a relative movement between the heating element (10) and the sample liquid (500) and extracting the target nucleic acid (22) from the sample liquid (500) by separating the heating element (10) from the sample liquid (500). The invention further relates to a method for amplifying a target nucleic acid (22) and an apparatus (24) for extracting and/or amplifying a target nucleic acid (22).

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'un acide nucléique cible (22) à partir d'un liquide échantillon (500). Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'un dispositif de chauffage avec un élément chauffant (10) en contact avec le liquide échantillon (500), l'élément chauffant (10) étant conjugué avec au moins un acide nucléique fonctionnel (14) et l'au moins un acide nucléique fonctionnel (14) étant conçu pour s'hybrider avec l'acide nucléique cible (22) et lier l'acide nucléique cible (22) à l'élément chauffant (10).
