Chroma deblocking harmonization for video coding are described. In an exemplary aspect, a method for video processing includes deriving, for a conversion between a video processing unit of the video and a bitstream representation of the video processing unit, at least one decision result associated with decisions in a chroma deblocking filter decision process of the video processing unit; applying a same decision result from the at least one decision result for all chroma components of the video processing unit; and performing the conversion based on the same decision result.

L'invention concerne l'harmonisation de dégroupage de chrominance pour le codage vidéo. Dans un aspect donné à titre d'exemple, un procédé de traitement vidéo consiste à obtenir, en vue d'une conversion entre une unité de traitement vidéo de la vidéo et une représentation par flux binaire de l'unité de traitement vidéo, au moins un résultat de décision associé à des décisions dans un processus de décision de filtre de dégroupage de chrominance de l'unité de traitement vidéo ; à appliquer un même résultat de décision parmi le ou les résultats de décision pour toutes les composantes de chrominance de l'unité de traitement vidéo ; et à réaliser la conversion sur la base du même résultat de décision.
