Abstract

A UE receives one or more modulation symbols on one or more resource elements prior to an ON duration in a particular DRX cycle in RRC connected mode. The one or more resource elements are allocated to carry a wake-up signal. The UE performs a blind detection of the wake-up signal on the one or more modulation symbols in accordance with a DCI format and a group identifier identifying a group of UEs including the UE. The wake-up signal includes an indication that indicates whether one or more UEs of the group of UEs should monitor a down link control channel in the ON duration. The UE determines whether to operate in a normal state and monitor a down link control channel in the ON duration based on the wake-up signal when the wake-up signal is detected.

Selon la présente invention, un UE reçoit un ou plusieurs symboles de modulation sur un ou plusieurs éléments de ressource avant une période de MARCHE dans un cycle de DRX particulier dans un mode connecté RRC. Le ou les éléments de ressource sont attribués pour transporter un signal de réveil. L'UE effectue une détection aveugle du signal de réveil sur le ou les symboles de modulation conformément à un format de DCI et un identifiant de groupe qui identifie un groupe d'UE comprenant l'UE. Le signal de réveil comprend une indication qui indique si un ou plusieurs UE du groupe d'UE doivent surveiller un canal de commande de liaison descendante durant la période de MARCHE. L'UE détermine s'il doit fonctionner dans un état normal et surveiller un canal de commande de liaison descendante durant la période de MARCHE sur la base du signal de réveil lorsque le signal de réveil est détecté.
