Compositions comprising and methods for the treatment of cancer using a neoTCR based cell therapy with a CD8 expression construct. In certain embodiments, the presently disclosed subject matter provides a cell, comprising an exogenous T cell receptor (TCR), and an exogenous CD8. In certain embodiments, the exogenous CD8 comprises at least one monomer. In certain embodiments, the at least one monomer of the exogenous CD8 comprises an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain, an intracellular domain, fragments thereof, or combinations thereof.

L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes pour le traitement du cancer utilisant une thérapie cellulaire à base de néo-TCR avec une construction d'expression CD8. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne une cellule, comprenant un récepteur du lymphocyte T (TCR) exogène et un CD8 exogène. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le CD8 exogène comprend au moins un monomère. Dans certains modes de réalisation, ledit au moins un monomère du CD8 exogène comprend un domaine extracellulaire, un domaine transmembranaire, un domaine intracellulaire, des fragments de ceux-ci ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
