Abstract
(EN)
A process for producing a crosslinked cellulose ether including the steps of: (a) contacting at least one cellulose material with at least one alkalization reagent to form an activated cellulose material; (b) contacting the activated cellulose material of step (a) with at least one etherification reagent to form an uncrosslinked cellulose ether; (c) subjecting the cellulose ether of step (b) to a simultaneous or stepwise washing and/or granulating step; (d) adding at least one crosslinking agent to the uncrosslinked cellulose ether during the washing and/or granulating of step (c) to form a crosslinked cellulose ether; and (e) any other optional components desired; and a crosslinked cellulose ether produced by the above process.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d’un éther de cellulose réticulé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) mettre en contact au moins un matériau cellulosique avec au moins un réactif d'alcalinisation pour former un matériau cellulosique activé ; (b) mettre en contact le matériau cellulosique activé de l'étape (a) avec au moins un réactif d'éthérification pour former un éther de cellulose non réticulé ; (c) soumettre l'éther de cellulose de l'étape (b) à une étape de lavage et/ou de granulation simultanée ou progressive ; (d) ajouter au moins un agent de réticulation à l'éther de cellulose non réticulé pendant le lavage et/ou la granulation de l'étape (c) pour former un éther de cellulose réticulé ; et (e) ajouter tout autre composant facultatif souhaité ; et un éther de cellulose réticulé produit par le procédé ci-dessus.
