The present invention relates to an oxidation stability-improved and highly pure silver nano powder prepared by a wet process and a method for preparing same, and more specifically, to a highly pure silver (Ag) nano powder and a method for preparing same, wherein: the wet process can reduce time and costs required for the preparation compared to a dry process and does not require a neutralization step for adjustment into an appropriate pH because a basic solution is not used; and the powder has an remarkably improved oxidation stability, and thus shows enhanced electrical properties, compared to the conventional nano powder, thereby finding easy applications in various fields such as an electrode and a paste.

La présente invention concerne une nanopoudre d'argent à stabilité à l'oxydation améliorée et très pure préparée par un traitement humide et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci et, plus spécifiquement, une nanopoudre d'argent (Ag) très pure et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci, où : le traitement humide peut réduire le temps et les coûts requis pour la préparation par rapport à un traitement sec et ne nécessite pas une étape de neutralisation pour ajustement à un pH approprié parce qu'une solution basique n'est pas utilisée; et la poudre présente une stabilité à l'oxydation remarquablement améliorée, et présente ainsi des propriétés électriques améliorées, par rapport à une nanopoudre conventionnelle, de façon à avoir des applications aisées dans différents domaines tels qu'une électrode et une pâte.

본 발명은 습식공정에 의해 제조되는 산화 안정성이 향상된 고순도의 은 나노 분말 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 습식공정으로 인해 건식공정과 비교하여 제조함에 필요한 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 염기성 용매를 사용하지 않아 적정 pH 조절이 필요한 중화단계가 필요로 하지 않으며, 종래의 은 나노 분말과 비교하여 산화 안정성이 현저히 향상되고, 이로 인해 전기적 특성이 향상되어 전극, 페이스트 등의 다양한 분야에 적용하기 용이한 고순도의 은(Ag, silver) 나노 분말 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
