In the present invention, a male-sterile plant is constructed by downregulating the activity of Oryza sativa Hexokinase5 (OsHXK5), which is a gene expressed in plant pollen and is most important for the synthesis and use of starch, through functional failure of OsHXK5, whereby the function of OsHXK5 is identified. The male-sterile plant in which OsHXK5 gene activity is regulated according to the present invention has a simple system of seed production and a high efficiency of seed production and can be stably utilized with being barely affected by environments. Thus, the male-sterile plant is advantageous because same can not only replace cytoplasmic-genetic male sterility lines and temperature- and photoperiod-responsive genic male sterility lines, but also is applicable to all plants in which starch plays an important role in pollination. Dans la présente invention, une plante mâle-stérile est construite en régulant à la baisse l'activité Hexokinase5 d'Oryza Sativa (OsHXK5), qui est un gène exprimé dans le pollen de plante et est le plus important pour la synthèse et l'utilisation d'amidon, par l'intermédiaire d'une défaillance fonctionnelle de OsHXK5, de sorte que la fonction de OsHXK5 est identifiée. La plante mâle-stérile dans laquelle l'activité du gène OsHXK5 est régulée selon la présente invention présente un système simple de production de graines et un rendement élevé de production de graines et peut être utilisée de manière stable tout en étant très peu affectée par les environnements. Ainsi, la plante mâle-stérile est avantageuse car elle peut non seulement remplacer des lignées de stérilité mâle cytoplasmique-génétique et des lignées de stérilité mâle géniques sensibles à la température et à la photopériode, mais peut également être appliquée à toutes les plantes dans lesquelles l'amidon joue un rôle important dans la pollinisation. 본 발명은 식물의 화분에 발현되며 전분 합성과 이용에 가장 중요한 유전자인 OsHXK5(Oryza sativa Hexokinase5)의 기능상실로 인한 OsHXK5의 활성을 감소시켜 웅성불임 식물체를 제작하여 OsHXK5의 기능을 확인한 것으로, 본 발명의 OsHXK5 유전자 활성을 조절한 웅성불임 식물은 채종 체계가 단순하고 채종 효율이 높은 동시에 환경의 영향을 거의 받지 않으며 안정적으로 이용할 수 있기 때문에 세포질 유전자적 웅성불임 계통과 온도 및 일장감응성 핵유전자 웅성불임 계통을 대체할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전분이 화분의 수정에 중요한 역할을 하는 모든 식물에 적용할 수 있으므로 유용하다.
