Disclosed are a video signal processing method and device for encoding or decoding a video signal. The video signal processing method may comprise the steps of: inducing a chroma intra prediction mode applied to a current chroma block on the basis of a luma intra prediction mode of a luma block corresponding to the current chroma block; generating a chroma prediction sample of the current chroma block on the basis of the chroma intra prediction mode; and restoring the current chroma block on the basis of the chroma prediction sample.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement de signal vidéo pour encoder ou décoder un signal vidéo. Le procédé de traitement de signal vidéo peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : induire un mode d'intraprédiction de chrominance appliqué à un bloc de chrominance actuel selon un mode d'intraprédiction de luminance d'un bloc de luminance correspondant au bloc de chrominance actuel ; produire un échantillon de prédiction de chrominance du bloc de chrominance actuel selon le mode d'intraprédiction de chrominance ; et restaurer le bloc de chrominance actuel en fonction de l'échantillon de prédiction de chrominance.

비디오 신호를 인코딩하거나 디코딩하는 비디오 신호 처리 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 비디오 신호 처리 방법에 있어서, 비디오 신호 처리 방법에 있어서, 현재 크로마 블록(chroma block)에 대응되는 루마 블록(luma block)의 루마 인트라 예측 모드에 기초하여 상기 현재 크로마 블록 적용되는 크로마 인트라 예측 모드를 유도하는 단계; 상기 크로마 인트라 예측 모드에 기초하여 상기 현재 크로마 블록의 크로마 예측 샘플을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 크로마 예측 샘플에 기초하여 상기 현재 크로마 블록을 복원하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
