The present invention relates to an image processing system for a catheter operation. One embodiment comprises: a storage unit for at least temporarily storing a plurality of candidate routes on which a guide wire can proceed on a changing route caused by vascular bifurcations while proceeding from a first point by using a blood vessel image; and a processor for selecting, from an image inputted while an operation proceeds, at least one route corresponding to the current shape of the guide wire on the basis of a similarity comparison between the current shape of the guide wire and each of the plurality of candidate routes.

La présente invention concerne un système de traitement d'image pour un actionnement de cathéter. Un mode de réalisation comprend : une unité de stockage destinée à stocker au moins temporairement une pluralité d'itinéraires candidats sur lesquels un fil de guidage peut passer lors d'un changement d'itinéraire provoqué par des bifurcations vasculaires tout en partant d'un premier point à l'aide d'une image de vaisseau sanguin ; et un processeur pour sélectionner, à partir d'une image entrée pendant qu'une opération se déroule, au moins un itinéraire correspondant à la forme actuelle du fil guide sur la base d'une comparaison de similarité entre la forme actuelle du fil guide et chacun de la pluralité d'itinéraires candidats.

카테터 시술을 위한 영상 처리 시스템에 연관된다. 일실시예에서, 혈관 영상을 이용하여 제1 포인트에서 진행하면서 혈관 분기점들에 의해 경로가 달라지면서 가이드와이어가 진행할 수 있는, 복수 개의 후보 경로를 적어도 일시적으로 저장하는 저장부; 및 시술이 진행되면서 입력되는 영상으로부터 현재 가이드와이어의 모양과 상기 복수 개의 후보 경로의 각각에 대한 유사성 비교에 기초하여, 상기 현재 가이드와이어의 모양에 대응하는 경로를 적어도 하나 선택하는 프로세서를 포함한다.
