Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a semiconductor circuit breaker and, more specifically, to a semiconductor circuit breaker in which a protection circuit is modularized and thus maintenance and repair can be easily done. A semiconductor circuit breaker according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main circuit unit connected between a power source and a load and having a semiconductor switch; an outer box equipped with the main circuit unit and having a module accommodation unit outside thereof; and a protection module detachably accommodated in the module accommodation unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un disjoncteur à semi-conducteur et, plus spécifiquement, un disjoncteur à semi-conducteur dans lequel un circuit de protection est modulaire et ainsi la maintenance et la réparation peuvent être facilement réalisées. Un disjoncteur à semi-conducteur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité de circuit principal connectée entre une source d'alimentation et une charge et ayant un commutateur à semi-conducteur; une boîte externe équipée de l'unité de circuit principal et ayant une unité de réception de module à l'extérieur de celle-ci; et un module de protection logé de manière amovible dans l'unité de logement de module.
(KO) 본 발명은 반도체 차단기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 보호회로가 모듈화되어 유지보수가 용이한 반도체 차단기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 반도체 차단기는 전원과 부하 사이에 연결되고, 반도체 스위치를 갖는 주회로부; 상기 주회로부가 내장되고, 외부에는 모듈 수용부를 갖는 외함; 상기 모듈 수용부에 착탈 가능하게 수용되는 보호 모듈;을 포함한다.
