Abstract

The present invention relates to a porous cellular scaffold comprising a serum-derived protein, and a production method therefor. The porous cellular scaffold, according to one embodiment, not only enables cells to be stably and continuously cultured, but also enables mimicking actual tissue by exhibiting an aspect of culturing, for each cell, that matches the characteristics of the cell, and enables stable culturing and high in vivo engraftment, and thus has an effect of being capable of being usefully employed in organoid-utilizing drug activity and toxicity assessments, cellular therapy products or target protein production.

Support cellulaire poreux comprenant des protéines dérivées de sérum et son procédé de production. Le support cellulaire poreux, selon un mode de réalisation, permet non seulement à des cellules d'être cultivées de manière stable et continue, mais permet également d'imiter un tissu réel en présentant un aspect de culture, pour chaque cellule, qui correspond aux caractéristiques de la cellule, et permet une culture stable et une prise de greffe in vivo élevée, et possède donc l'avantage d'être utilement employé dans des évaluations d'activité et de toxicité pour produits médicamenteux utilisant des organoïdes, des produits de thérapie cellulaire ou la production de protéine cible.

혈청유래 유도단백질을 포함하는 다공성 세포지지체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 일 구체예에 따른 다공성 세포 지지체에 의하면 세포를 안정적으로 및 지속적으로 배양할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 세포마다 세포의 특성에 맞는 배양 양상을 나타내어 실제 조직을 모사할 수 있고, 안정적 배양 및 높은 생체 내 생착률을 가져, 오가노이드를 이용한 약물 활성 및 독성 평가, 세포치료제, 또는 목적 단백질의 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
