[Problem] To provide a beverage having improved taste. [Solution] This beverage contains at least one sulfur compound among dimethyl disulfide, allyl methyl disulfide, methyl cis-propenyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide, diallyl disulfide, and methyl allyl trisulfide. Said beverage may contain a tea leaf extract and a yellow chive extract. Said beverage may further contain a green seaweed extract. The sulfur compound may be derived from Allium plants, especially yellow chive.

L’invention a pour but de fournir une boisson ayant un goût amélioré. La solution selon l’invention porte sur une boisson qui contient au moins un composé de soufre parmi le disulfure de diméthyle, le disulfure d'allylméthyle, le disulfure de méthyle cis-propényle, le trisulfure de diméthyle, le disulfure de diallyle et le trisulfure de méthyle allyle. Ladite boisson peut contenir un extrait de feuille de thé et un extrait de ciboulette jaune. Ladite boisson peut en outre contenir un extrait d'algue verte. Le composé de soufre peut être dérivé de plantes Allium, en particulier de ciboulette jaune.

【課題】呈味が改善された飲料を提供する。 【解決手段】飲料は、それぞれジメチルジスルフィド、アリルメチルジスルフィド、メチルシス-プロペニルジスルフィド、ジメチルトリスルフィド、ジアリルジスルフィド、及びMethyl allyl trisulfideの硫黄化合物のうち少なくとも1種類以上を含む。飲料は、茶葉抽出物と、黄ニラ抽出物と、を含んでもよい。飲料は青のり抽出物をさらに含んできてもよい。硫黄化合物は、ネギ属の植物、特に黄ニラに由来しても良い。
