The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a disc brake pad underlayer composition that can be applied to production processes in which rubber is softened by heating, despite containing an un-cross-linked fluorine rubber; and a disc brake pad that has excellent brake noise suppression effects. An underlayer composition that contains, relative to the total amount of the underlayer composition, 5–15 weight% of an un-cross-linked fluorine rubber, 4–8 weight% of a phenolic resin as a binding material, and 0.3–2 weight% of hexamethylenetetramine as a curing agent for the phenolic resin. A disc brake pad that, between a friction material and a back plate, comprises an underlayer that is formed from the underlayer composition.

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir : une composition de sous-couche de plaquette de frein à disque qui peut être utilisée dans des procédés de production dans lesquels le caoutchouc est ramolli par chauffage, même s'il contient un caoutchouc fluoré non réticulé ; et une plaquette de frein à disque qui présente d'excellents effets de suppression des bruits de freinage. Composition de sous-couche qui contient, par rapport à la quantité totale de la composition de sous-couche, 5 à 15 % en poids d'un caoutchouc fluoré non réticulé, 4 à 8 % en poids d'une résine phénolique en tant que matériau de liaison et 0,3 à 2 % en poids d'hexaméthylènetétramine en tant qu'agent de durcissement pour la résine phénolique. 未架橋フッ素ゴムを含有しながら、加熱によりゴムを軟化させる製造工程に適用し得るディスクブレーキパッド用のアンダーレイヤー組成物およびブレーキ鳴き抑制効果に優れたディスクブレーキパッドを提供することを目的とする。 未架橋フッ素ゴムをアンダーレイヤー組成物全量に対し5~15重量%と、結合材としてフェノール系樹脂をアンダーレイヤー組成物全量に対し4~8重量%と、フェノール系樹脂の硬化剤としてヘキサメチレンテトラミンをアンダーレイヤー組成物全量に対し0.3~2重量%含有するアンダーレイヤー組成物とする。 また、摩擦材とバックプレートの間に当該アンダーレイヤー組成物を成形したアンダーレイヤーを具備するディスクブレーキパッドとする。
