Pollutant collection system (SOx – NOx – particulate matter PM10 and PM2.5) found in the emissions produced by high power diesel engines (from 500 KW to 50 MW), specifically designed for the naval sector. The system separates the sulphites-sulphates and their recovery after the transition to solid state for the transfer of the product to a convenient industrial use. The precipitates from the sulphur seizure can easily be used as substances to produce special agricultural fertilisers. The system is designed for rapid assembly downstream of the exhaust gas manifolds as an integral part of the engine assembly. The use of this technology combines the advantage of a practical logistic management as all the elements end in the solid precipitate collected in containers prepared for this purpose and which are easily manageable, and guarantees the integral collection of all the compounds with no emission of polluting elements into the outside environment.

L'invention concerne un système de collecte de polluants (SOx – NOx – Matières particulaires PM10 et PM2,5) présents dans les émissions produites par des moteurs diesel de grande puissance (de 500 KW à 50 MW), spécifiquement conçus pour le secteur naval. Le système sépare les sulfites-sulfates et leur récupération après la transition à l'état solide pour le transfert du produit à une utilisation industrielle pratique. Les précipités issus de la capture de soufre peuvent être facilement utilisés en tant que substances permettant de produire des engrais agricoles spéciaux. Le système est conçu pour un montage rapide en aval des collecteurs de gaz d'échappement en tant que partie intégrante de l'ensemble moteur. L'utilisation de cette technologie combine l'avantage d'une gestion logistique pratique puisque tous les éléments finissent dans le précipité solide collecté dans des récipients configurés à cet effet et qui sont faciles à manipuler, et garantit la collecte intégrale de tous les composés sans émission d'éléments polluants dans l'environnement extérieur.
