The present description relates to a sensor comprising a hybrid waveguide comprising, on a dielectric support layer (106): a first dielectric optical waveguide (100) resting on and in contact with the support layer; for one or each longitudinal lateral face (1002, 1003) of the first waveguide, a second surface waveguide (102, 103) optically coupled to the first waveguide, parallel to the first waveguide, resting on the support layer, and comprising a surface (1021, 1031) configured to guide a surface mode; and a cavity (110, 112) intended to be filled with a dielectric fluid, laterally separating the first waveguide of said surface from the one or from each second waveguide.

La présente description concerne un capteur comprenant un guide d'onde hybride comportant, sur une couche de support diélectrique (106) : un premier guide d'onde optique diélectrique (100) reposant sur et en contact avec la couche de support; pour une ou chaque face latérale longitudinale (1002, 003) du premier guide d'onde, un deuxième guide d'onde surfacique(102, 103) couplé optiquement au premier guide d'onde, parallèle au premier guide d'onde, reposant sur la couche de support, et comprenant une surface (1021, 1031) configurée pour guider un mode surfacique; et une cavité (110, 112) destinée à être remplie d'un fluide diélectrique, séparant latéralement le premier guide d'onde de ladite surface du ou de chaque deuxième guide d'onde.
