Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Hitzeschild (1) zur Anwendung in Anlagen und Vorrichtungen, die mit Batterien betrieben werden, insbesondere für Elektro-Fahrzeuge, wobei der Hitzeschild (1) mindestens aus einer impaktabsorbierenden Schicht (4), einer Hitzeschutzschicht (5) aus einem hoch temperaturbeständigen Material, optional einer gasdichten wärmespreizenden Schicht (8), und einer Schicht (6) mit intumeszierenden Eigenschaften sowie einer Trägerplatte (7) für die Schichten zur Abschirmung, aufgebaut ist.

The present invention relates to a heat shield (1) for use in systems and apparatuses which are operated by batteries, in particular for electric vehicles, wherein the heat shield (1) is constructed at least from an impact-absorbing layer (4), from a heat-protection layer (5) made of a material which is resistant to high temperatures, optionally from a gas-tight, heat-distributing layer (8), and from a layer (6) with intumescent properties and also from a carrier plate (7) for the layers, which provides shielding.

La présente invention concerne un écran thermique (1) destiné à être utilisé dans des systèmes et dispositifs fonctionnant avec des batteries, en particulier des véhicules électriques. L’écran thermique (1) comprend au moins une couche d’absorption de chocs (4), une couche de protection thermique (5) en un matériau hautement résistant à la température, éventuellement une couche de diffusion thermique (8) étanche aux gaz et une couche (6) présentant des propriétés d’intumescence et une plaque de support (7) destinée aux couches pour la protection.
