Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Temperiersystem zum effektiven Kühlen und Heizen von wiederaufladbaren Batteriezellen, insbesondere von Lithium(Li)-Ionenbatterien, wobei das Temperiermodul eine Außenhülle (1) aus einem Polymermaterial umfasst, die mindestens eine wärmeleitende Schicht aus unidirektionalen Carbonfaser-Komposit (2) umgibt, und an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Randbereichen ihrer Hauptflächen jeweils einen Leitungskanal (3) für die Durchleitung eines Wärmeübertragungsmediums aufweist, wobei sich die Leitungskanäle (3) entlang der Randbereiche von einem Ende zum anderen erstrecken; vorzugsweise sind mindestens zwei übereinander angeordnete Schichten aus unidirektionalem Carbonfaser-Komposit (2) vorgesehen, wobei sich zwischen den Schichten eine Zwischenschicht (7) mit Durchflusskanälen (8) befindet, die die Leitungskanäle (3) miteinander verbinden.

The present invention relates to a temperature control system for effective cooling and heating of rechargeable battery cells, in particular lithium (Li) ion batteries, wherein the temperature control module comprises an outer shell (1) made of a polymer material, which surrounds at least one heat-conducting layer made of unidirectional carbon fibre composite (2) and has, on each of two opposing edge regions of the main surfaces thereof, a conduit (3) for conveying a heat transfer medium, the conduits (3) extending along the edge regions from one end to the other; at least two layers of unidirectional carbon fibre composite (2) arranged one above the other are preferably provided, and an intermediate layer (7) having throughflow channels (8) which connect the conduits (3) to one another is located between the layers.

La présente invention concerne un système d'équilibrage de la température destiné au refroidissement et au chauffage efficaces de cellules de batterie rechargeables, en particulier de batteries aux ions de lithium (Li). Le module d'équilibrage de la température comporte une enveloppe extérieure (1) en un matériau polymère qui entoure au moins une couche thermoconductrice en composite de fibres de carbone unidirectionnelles (2), et possède respectivement un canal de conduction (3) pour le passage d'un fluide de transfert de chaleur au niveau de deux zones de bord opposées de ses surfaces principales, les canaux de conduction (3) s'étendant d'une extrémité à l'autre le long des zones de bord. Au moins deux couches en composite de fibres de carbone unidirectionnelles (2) disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre sont de préférence présentes, une couche intermédiaire (7) se trouvant entre les couches, laquelle comprend des canaux de traversée (8) qui relient les canaux de conduction (3) entre eux.
