Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung einer Achslast an einem mechanisch gefederten Fahrzeug mittels einer Wegmesseinrichtung (9), einer Steuereinheit (10) und eines in der Steuereinheit abgespeicherten Algorithmus. Hierbei wird vorab hinsichtlich einer mechanisch gefederten Fahrzeugachse (4) eine Testroutine durchgeführt, bei der ein Niveausignal einer an der Fahrzeugachse angeordneten Wegmesseinrichtung erfasst und ausgewertet wird, wobei bei einem Ladevorgang des Fahrzeugs eine Beladungskurve (F_i) ermittelt wird, welche das mit der Wegmesseinrichtung gemessene Niveau in Abhängigkeit von der zunehmenden Achslast angibt, und wobei bei einem Entladevorgang des Fahrzeugs eine Entladungskurve (F_u) ermittelt wird, welche das mit der Wegmesseinrichtung (9) gemessene Niveau in Abhängigkeit von der abnehmenden Achslast angibt, und bei dem aus den Werten der beiden Kurven eine gemittelte Last-Weg-Kennlinie (F_m) errechnet wird, deren Werte in der Steuereinheit abgespeichert werden. Nach jedem Fahrzeugstart wird nach Überschreiten einer unteren Fahrgeschwindigkeitsgrenze (v_min) eine sich während der Fahrt zyklisch wiederholende Achslastermittlungsroutine durchgeführt, bei der jeweils während einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne (∆t) fortlaufend Achslastwerte mit der gemittelten Last-Weg-Kennlinie (F_m) ermittelt werden, sowie aus den während der Zeitspanne ermittelten Achslastwerten ein Achslastmittelwert errechnet und dieser als aktueller Achslastwert angezeigt wird.

The invention relates to a method for determining an axle load on a mechanically suspended vehicle by means of a travel measurement device (9), a control unit (10) and an algorithm stored in the control unit. With regard to a mechanically suspended vehicle axle (4), a test routine is first carried out in which a level signal of a travel measurement device arranged on the vehicle is detected and evaluated, wherein: in a vehicle loading process, a loading curve (F_i) is determined that specifies the level measured with the travel measurement device subject to the increasing axle load; and in a vehicle unloading process, an unloading curve (F_u) is determined that specifies the level measured with the travel measurement device (9) subject to the decreasing axle load and in which an averaged load-distance characteristic curve (F_m) is calculated from the values of the two curves, the values of which load-distance characteristic curve are stored in the control unit. After each vehicle start, after a lower vehicle speed limit (v_min) has been exceeded, an axle load determination routine, which is cyclically repeated during the journey, is carried out in which during a predefined time period (∆t), the axle load values are continuously determined with the averaged load-distance characteristic curve (F_m), and an axle load average value is calculated from the axle load values determined during the time period and this axle load average value is displayed as the current axle load value.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'une charge d'essieu sur un véhicule à suspension mécanique au moyen d'un dispositif de mesure de course (9), d'une unité de commande (10) et d'un algorithme sauvegardé dans l'unité de commande. Une routine d'essai est mise en œuvre au préalable eu égard à un essieu (4) de véhicule à suspension mécanique, dans laquelle un signal de niveau d'un dispositif de mesure de course disposé sur l'essieu de véhicule est détecté et évalué. Lors d'une opération de chargement du véhicule, une courbe de chargement (F_i) est déterminée, laquelle indique le niveau mesuré avec le dispositif de mesure de course en fonction de la charge d'essieu qui augmente. Lors d'une opération de déchargement du véhicule, une courbe de déchargement (F_u) est déterminée, laquelle indique le niveau mesuré avec le dispositif de mesure de course (9) en fonction de la charge d'essieu qui diminue, une courbe caractéristique charge-course (F_m) moyenne, dont les valeurs sont sauvegardées dans l'unité de commande, est calculée à partir des valeurs des deux courbes. Après chaque démarrage du véhicule, lorsqu'une limite inférieure de vitesse de conduite (v_min) est dépassée, une routine de détermination de charge d'essieu récurrente de manière cyclique lors du déplacement est mise en œuvre, dans laquelle des valeurs de charge d'essieu sont déterminées avec la courbe caractéristique charge-course moyenne (F_m) en continu respectivement pendant un laps de temps (∆t) prédéfini, et une valeur moyenne de charge d'essieu est calculée à partir des valeurs de charge d'essieu déterminées pendant le laps de temps et celle-ci est affichée en tant que valeur de charge d'essieu instantanée.
