Eine Klemmeneinrichtung (1) zum Anschließen eines elektrischen Leiters (5) umfasst ein Gehäuseteil (2), das eine Stecköffnung (23) zum Anstecken des elektrischen Leiters (5) ausbildet, und zumindest ein an dem Gehäuseteil (2) befestigbares Anschlusselement (4), das in einem Vormontagezustand separat von dem Gehäuseteil (2) vorliegt und einen Kontaktabschnitt (40) und einen Formschlussabschnitt (41) aufweist. Das Gehäuseteil (2) weist zumindest eine Verbindungseinrichtung (22) auf, mit der der Formschlussabschnitt (41) des zumindest einen Anschlusselements (4) zum Befestigen des zumindest einen Anschlusselements (4) an dem Gehäuseteil (2) derart formschlüssig verbindbar ist, dass der Kontaktabschnitt (40) zum Verbinden mit einer von dem elektrischen Leiter (5) unterschiedlichen elektrischen Baugruppe (6, 7) von dem Gehäuseteil (2) vorsteht.
