It is described a method of controlling a wind turbine (3) or a wind park (1) comprising at least one wind turbine connected to a utility grid (7) for utility grid support, the method comprising: receiving a control command (17) from a utility grid manager (19); controlling (15) the wind turbine (3) according to the control command (17) in a grid forming mode including measuring voltage (71) and current (73) at an output terminal of a grid side power converter, deriving a frequency deviation from the measurements and controlling the grid side power converter based on the frequency deviation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'une éolienne (3) ou d'un parc éolien (1) comprenant au moins une éolienne connectée à un réseau de distribution (7) destiné à un support de réseau de distribution, le procédé consistant : à recevoir une instruction de commande (17) d'un gestionnaire de réseau de distribution (19) ; à commander (15) l'éolienne (3) suivant l'instruction de commande (17) dans un mode de formation de réseau comprenant une tension de mesure (71) et un courant (73) au niveau d'une borne de sortie d'un convertisseur de puissance côté réseau, à dériver un écart de fréquence des mesures et à commander le convertisseur de puissance côté réseau sur la base de l'écart de fréquence.
