Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Isolieren von biologischen Bestandteilen (2) aus einer Probe (17), aufweisend die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen einer Haftoberfläche (4), b) Beaufschlagen der Haftoberfläche (4) mit der Probe (17), c) Binden der biologischen Bestandteile (2) an der Haftoberfläche (4), d) Entfernen von Restbestandteilen (3, 7) der Probe (17) von der Haftoberfläche (4) durch Verdrängung mit Hilfe eines Verdrängermediums (8).
(EN) The invention relates to a method for isolating biological constituents (2) from a sample (17), comprising the following steps: a) providing an attachment surface (4), b) exposing the attachment surface (4) to the sample (17), c) binding the biological constituents (2) on the attachment surface (4), d) removing residual constituents (3, 7) of the sample (17) from the attachment surface (4) by displacement using a displacer medium (8).
