Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Bauteils (2) durch additive Fertigung mittels eines Freiraumverfahren, bei dem mittels einer Wärmequelle (3) und lokalem Aufschmelzen von Schmelzgut durch die Wärmequelle (3), ein schrittweiser Aufbau des Bauteils (2) erfolgt. Das Bauteil (2) wird dabei, zumindest zeitweise, während der Herstellung, durch zumindest teilweises in Kontakt bringen mit einer Kühlflüssigkeit, welches eine niedrigere Temperatur als die Wärmequelle (3) aufweist, gekühlt. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.

The invention relates to a method for producing a component (2) by additive manufacturing using a free-form process in which the component (2) is built up in stages using a heat source (3) and local melting of melt material by the heat source (3). In the process, the component (2) is, at least intermittently during manufacture, cooled by being brought at least partially into contact with a coolant fluid which has a temperature lower than that of the heat source (3). The invention further relates to a device (1) for carrying out the method according to the invention.

L’invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d’un composant (2) par fabrication additive au moyen d’un procédé à forme libre, dans lequel une construction par étape du composant (2) se produit au moyen d’une source de chaleur (3) et de la fusion locale de matière fusible par la source de chaleur (3). Le composant (2) est refroidi au moins partiellement durant la fabrication par la mise en contact au moins partielle avec un liquide de refroidissement, lequel présente une température inférieure à celle de la source de chaleur (3). L’invention concerne également un dispositif (1) pour la réalisation du procédé selon l’invention.
