A stimulus response-type self-repairing anti-corrosion coating material and a preparation method. The coating material comprises CuO microcapsules and a coating matrix, each CuO microcapsule comprising a capsule core and a capsule core carrier, the capsule core being a corrosion inhibitor, the capsule core carrier being porous CuO, the surface of each CuO microcapsule being covered in turn with an anionic polyelectrolyte layer and a cationic polyelectrolyte layer. The present invention successfully creates an anti-corrosion coating material having the dual effects of pH response and self-repair. The porous CuO increases the loading rate and encapsulation rate of the capsule core substance. In addition, an anionic polyelectrolyte may be attached to the surface via a layer-by-layer self-assembly method, and a cationic polyelectrolyte is then attached to the surface under the effect of a Coulomb force, thereby improving the dispersion of the microcapsules in the coating, solving the problem of porous substance CuO agglomeration, and also improving the binding performance of the capsule core carrier and the coating matrix, so that the anti-corrosion performance of the coating material is further improved.

La présente invention concerne un matériau de revêtement anti-corrosion autoréparant du type à réponse à un stimulus et un procédé de préparation. Le matériau de revêtement comprend des microcapsules de CuO et une matrice de revêtement, chaque microcapsule de CuO comprenant un cœur de capsule et un support de cœur de capsule, le cœur de capsule étant un inhibiteur de corrosion, le support de cœur de capsule étant du CuO poreux, la surface de chaque microcapsule de CuO étant recouverte à son tour d'une couche de polyélectrolyte anionique et d'une couche de polyélectrolyte cationique. La présente invention crée avec succès un matériau de revêtement anti-corrosion présentant les effets doubles de réponse au pH et d'autoréparation. Le CuO poreux augmente le taux de charge et le taux d'encapsulation de la substance de cœur de capsule. De plus, un polyélectrolyte anionique peut être fixé à la surface par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé d'autoassemblage couche par couche et un polyélectrolyte cationique est ensuite fixé à la surface sous l'effet d'une force de Coulomb, ce qui permet d'améliorer la dispersion des microcapsules dans le revêtement, de résoudre le problème de l'agglomération des substances de CuO poreux et d'améliorer également les performances de liaison du support de cœur de capsule et de la matrice de revêtement, de sorte que les performances anti-corrosion du matériau de revêtement sont encore améliorées.
