Disclosed are a method for preparing an inorganic filler with an anthraquinone compound grafted onto the surface thereof and use thereof. The method involves reacting an epoxy silane coupling agent and an inorganic filler to obtain an epoxy modified inorganic filler, and then reacting same with an amino-containing anthraquinone compound by utilizing the high activity between the epoxy group and the amino group to obtain an inorganic filler with an anthraquinone compound grafted onto the surface thereof. The obtained inorganic filler with an anthraquinone compound grafted onto the surface thereof can accelerate the degradation of pollutants, such as azo dyes and nitrates, and can be repeatedly used; in addition, same has an extensive source of raw materials, few reaction steps and a low cost, and can be widely used in the treatment of wastewater containing pollutants, such as azo dyes and nitrates.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une charge inorganique avec un composé anthraquinone greffé sur sa surface et son utilisation. Le procédé consiste à faire réagir un agent de couplage époxy-silane et une charge inorganique pour obtenir une charge inorganique modifiée par époxy, puis à faire réagir celui-ci avec un composé d'anthraquinone contenant un amino en utilisant l'activité élevée entre le groupe époxy et le groupe amino pour obtenir une charge inorganique avec un composé d'anthraquinone greffé sur sa surface. La charge inorganique obtenue avec un composé anthraquinone greffé sur sa surface peut accélérer la dégradation de polluants, tels que des colorants azoïques et des nitrates, et peut être utilisée de manière répétée ; en outre, elle dispose d'une source importante de matières premières, nécessite peu d'étapes de réaction et est peu coûteuse, et peut être largement utilisée dans le traitement d'eaux usées contenant des polluants, tels que des colorants azoïques et des nitrates.

一种无机填料表面接枝蒽醌化合物的制备方法及应用。将环氧基硅烷偶联剂和无机填料反应,得到环氧基修饰无机填料,再与含氨基蒽醌化合物利用环氧基团和氨基之间的高活性反应,得到表面接枝蒽醌化合物的无机填料。得到的表面接枝蒽醌化合物的无机填料可加速偶氮染料、硝酸盐等污染物的降解,可反复使用,而且原料来源广泛、反应步骤少、成本低,可在含偶氮染料和硝酸盐等污染物的废水处理中广泛使用。
