The present invention provides a hydrophobic and hydrophilic composite filler-based rotating packed bed and system. A hydrophobic filler and a hydrophilic filler are formed into a composite filler. When said filler cuts liquid, the hydrophobic filler can sufficiently disperse the liquid so as to make the dispersion of the liquid in the filler zone more uniform, and the wettability of the hydrophilic filler allows the liquid to spread sufficiently so as to increase the wetting fraction of said filler. Different mixing effects can be achieved by means of reasonable combination. Due to the limited number of hydrophilic filler layers and hydrophobic filler layers in said composite filler, the phenomenon of droplet aggregation caused by liquid in a single hydrophobic filler zone and the phenomenon of liquid turbulence reduction caused by liquid in a single hydrophilic filler zone can be avoided. The negative effects of hydrophilicity can be alleviated or offset by means of hydrophobicity, and the negative effects of hydrophobicity can be alleviated or offset by means of hydrophilicity. Therefore, applying a hydrophilic and hydrophobic composite filler to a rotating packed bed can further improve the mass transfer and mixing performance thereof.

La présente invention concerne un système et lit rempli rotatif à base de charge composite hydrophobe et hydrophile. Une charge hydrophobe et une charge hydrophile sont formées en une charge composite. Lorsque ladite charge coupe le liquide, la charge hydrophobe peut suffisamment disperser le liquide de façon à rendre plus uniforme la dispersion du liquide dans la zone de remplissage, et la mouillabilité de la charge hydrophile permet au liquide de s'étaler suffisamment pour augmenter la fraction de mouillage de ladite charge. Différents effets de mélange peuvent être obtenus au moyen d'une combinaison raisonnable. Du fait du nombre limité de couches de charge hydrophiles et de couches de charge hydrophobes dans ladite charge composite, le phénomène d'agrégation de gouttelettes causé par le liquide dans une seule zone de charge hydrophobe et le phénomène de réduction de turbulence de liquide causé par le liquide dans une seule zone de charge hydrophile peuvent être évités. Les effets négatifs de l'hydrophilie peuvent être atténués ou décalés par hydrophobicité, et les effets négatifs de l'hydrophobicité peuvent être atténués ou décalés par hydrophilicité. Par conséquent, l'application d'une charge composite hydrophile et hydrophobe sur un lit fixe rotatif peut en outre améliorer le transfert de masse et les performances de mélange de celles-ci.

本发明提供一种基于亲疏水组合填料的旋转填充床及系统,将疏水填料和亲水填料组成组合式填料,当填料切割液体时,疏水填料可以将液体充分分散,使液体在填料区分散的更加均匀,亲水填料的浸润性使液体充分铺展,增大了填料的润湿分率,可以通过合理的组合达到不同的混合效果,由于组合填料中的亲水填料层和疏水填料层数量有限,能够避免发生液体在单一的疏水填料区产生的液滴聚并现象及液体在单一的亲水填料区产生的降低液体湍动的现象,亲水带来的负面影响可以通过疏水缓解或者抵消,同时疏水带来的负面影响可以通过亲水缓解或者抵消,因此将亲疏水组合填料应用于旋转填充床中能够进一步改善其传质及混合性能。
