Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a camera module and a photosensitive assembly thereof, and an electronic device and a manufacturing method. The photosensitive assembly comprises a photosensitive chip, at least one capristor, an extended wiring layer, a filter element assembly and a molded base, wherein the filter element assembly comprises a filter element and a bonding layer bonded around the filter element; the filter element assembly is attached to a top surface of the extended wiring layer; and the filter element of the filter element assembly corresponds to a light transmission hole of the extended wiring layer, so that external light is filtered out by the filter element before reaching a photosensitive area of the photosensitive chip through the light transmission hole.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de caméra et son ensemble photosensible, ainsi qu'un dispositif électrique et son procédé de fabrication. L'ensemble photosensible comprend une puce photosensible, au moins un capteur, une couche de câblage étendue, un ensemble élément de filtre et une base moulée, l'ensemble élément de filtre comprenant un élément de filtre et une couche de liaison collée autour de l'élément de filtre; l'ensemble d'élément de filtre est fixé à une surface supérieure de la couche de câblage étendue; et l'élément de filtre de l'ensemble élément de filtre correspond à un trou de transmission de lumière de la couche de câblage étendue, de telle sorte que la lumière externe est filtrée par l'élément de filtre avant d'atteindre une zone photosensible de la puce photosensible à travers le trou de transmission de lumière.
(ZH) 本发明揭露了一摄像模组及其感光组件、电子设备和制备方法,其中所述感光组件包括一感光芯片、至少一阻容器件、一扩展走线层、一滤光元件组件和一模制基体,所述滤光元件组件包括一滤光元件和结合于所述滤光元件周围的一结合层,其中,所述滤光元件组件贴装于所述扩展走线层的一顶表面,且所述滤光元件组件的所述滤光元件对应于所述扩展走线层的通光孔,从而当外界光线在藉由所述通光孔抵至所述感光芯片的感光区域之前,被所述滤光元件所过滤。
