Abstract
(EN) A dynamic management and control method and device for an electricity load, a storage medium, and an electronic device. Said method comprises: acquiring, by means of a mobile terminal, a current capacity balance of a user sub-region from an intelligent electricity monitoring and measuring terminal (S202); when the current capacity balance is less than the load power of an electricity apparatus to be enabled in the user sub-region, requesting, by means of the mobile terminal, a region coordination control device or a server to adjust and increase the capacity of the user sub-region, so that the current capacity balance is greater than or equal to the load power (S204); and according to a request result fed back by the region coordination control apparatus or the server, determining whether to allow the electricity apparatus to be enabled (S206).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé et un dispositif de gestion et de commande dynamiques pour une charge électrique, sur un support de stockage et sur un dispositif électronique. Ledit procédé consiste à : acquérir, au moyen d'un terminal mobile, un solde de capacité actuel d'une sous-région d'utilisateur auprès d'un terminal de surveillance et de mesure d'électricité intelligentes (S202) ; quand le solde de capacité actuel est inférieur à la puissance de charge d'un appareil électrique devant être activé dans la sous-région d'utilisateur, demander, au moyen du terminal mobile, à un dispositif de commande de coordination de région ou à un serveur d'ajuster et d'augmenter la capacité de la sous-région d'utilisateur, de telle sorte que le solde de capacité actuel soit supérieur ou égal à la puissance de charge (S204) ; et selon un résultat de demande renvoyé par l'appareil de commande de coordination de région ou le serveur, déterminer s'il faut permettre à l'appareil électrique d'être activé (S206).
(ZH) 一种用电负荷的动态管控方法及装置、存储介质、电子装置,上述方法包括:通过移动终端向智能用电监控计量终端获取用户子区域的当前容量余额(S202);在所述当前容量余额小于所述用户子区域内待启用的用电设备的负载功率时,通过所述移动终端向区域协调控制装置或者服务器请求为所述用户子区域调剂增容,以使所述当前容量余额大于或等于所述负载功率(S204);根据所述区域协调控制装置或者服务器反馈的请求结果确定是否允许启用所述用电设备(S206)。
