Disclosed in the present application are a display screen and a display device. The display screen comprises: a substrate comprising a display area and a wiring area located outside the display area, with wires being provided in the wiring area; and an insulating layer located within the wiring area, with the insulating layer covering the wires. The insulating layer is arranged in the wiring area of the display screen, and the insulating layer covers the wires, such that short circuiting of adjacent lines caused by fine particles or impurities falling between the wires during the manufacturing process can be avoided, the production yield of the display screen is improved, and the reliability of the display screen is improved.

La présente invention concerne un écran d'affichage et un dispositif d'affichage. L'écran d'affichage comprend : un substrat comprenant une zone d'affichage et une zone de câblage située à l'extérieur de la zone d'affichage, des fils étant disposés dans la zone de câblage ; et une couche isolante située à l'intérieur de la zone de câblage, la couche isolante recouvrant les fils. La couche isolante est disposée dans la zone de câblage de l'écran d'affichage, et la couche isolante recouvre les fils, de telle sorte qu'un court-circuit de lignes adjacentes provoqué par des particules fines ou des impuretés tombant entre les fils pendant le processus de fabrication peut être évité, le rendement de production de l'écran d'affichage est amélioré, et la fiabilité de l'écran d'affichage est améliorée.
