A battery bottom support welding workstation system, comprising a horizontal transferring machine (36), the horizontal transferring machine (36) being provided with a plurality of connecting plates (34), and the connecting plates (34) being in transmission connection with the horizontal transferring machine (36) by means of gears and racks, and further comprising a positioner I (2), a positioner II (12), and welding robots (10), bases of the positioner I (2) and the positioner II (12) being fixed onto the connecting plates (34), the positioner I (2) and the positioner II (12) moving left and right on the horizontal transferring machine (36) by means of the connecting plates (34), and the welding robots (10) being mounted above the horizontal transferring machine (36) by means of a robot mounting seat (11). In the battery bottom support welding workstation system, double robots and double positions are used for welding, so that the high working efficiency is achieved, and a large structural part can be welded.

L'invention concerne un système de poste de travail de soudage de support de fond de batterie, comprenant une machine de transfert horizontal (36), la machine de transfert horizontal (36) étant pourvue d'une pluralité de plaques de liaison (34) et les plaques de liaison (34) étant en liaison de transmission avec la machine de transfert horizontal (36) au moyen d'engrenages et de crémaillères et comprenant en outre un positionneur I (2), un positionneur II (12) et des robots de soudage (10), des bases du positionneur I (2) et du positionneur II (12) étant fixées sur les plaques de liaison (34), le positionneur I (2) et le positionneur II (12) se déplaçant vers la gauche et vers la droite sur la machine de transfert horizontal (36) au moyen des plaques de liaison (34) et les robots de soudage (10) étant montés au-dessus de la machine de transfert horizontal (36) au moyen d'un siège de montage de robot (11). Dans le système de poste de travail de soudage de support de fond de batterie, des robots doubles et des positions doubles sont utilisés pour le soudage, de manière à obtenir une efficacité de travail élevée et une grande partie structurale peut être soudée.
