Disclosed is a super-strong and anti-slip composite carpet with a three-dimensional TPE elastic structure, which is formed by compounding a fabric layer (1) and a TPE layer (2), wherein TPE is composed of 80-90% of a styrene oxide-butadiene block copolymer and 10-20% of a polypropylene, and the thickness of the TPE layer (2) is 1-2 mm. The compounding process therefor comprises the following steps: firstly, preheating the transparent TPE to 80ºC, then adding same to a material barrel of a casting machine, stirring the TPE via a screw, and heating same in a heating temperature ranging from 140ºC-200ºC and in 6-9 sections, such that the heated TPE forms a paste; secondly, extruding the paste-like TPE through a metal joining pipe into a die head; and thirdly, the paste-like TPE flowing in a planar cascade shape out through the die head, and at the same time, passing out together with the back part of the carpet fabric so as to be compounded between an embossed roller and a rubber roller, and subjecting same to compound forming with the bottom part of the fabric layer. The carpet has a good anti-slip effect and no edge warping, and is light resistant, aging resistant, non-toxic and tasteless, safe and reliable.

L'invention concerne un tapis composite super-résistant et antidérapant présentant une structure élastique en TPE tridimensionnelle, lequel est formé par mélange d'une couche de tissu (1) et d'une couche de TPE (2), le TPE étant composé de 80 à 90 % d'un copolymère séquencé d'oxyde de styrène-butadiène et de 10 à 20 % d'un polypropylène, et l'épaisseur de la couche de TPE (2) étant de 1 à 2 mm. Son procédé d'élaboration comprend les étapes suivantes : tout d'abord, préchauffer le TPE transparent à 80 °C, puis l'ajouter à un fût de matériau d'une machine de coulée, agiter le TPE par l'intermédiaire d'une vis, et le chauffer à une température de chauffage allant de 140 °C à 200 °C et dans 6 à 9 sections, de telle sorte que le TPE chauffé forme une pâte ; deuxièmement, extruder le TPE de type pâte à travers un tuyau d'assemblage de métal dans une tête de matrice ; et troisièmement, le TPE de type pâte s'écoule sous une forme en cascade plane vers l'extérieur à travers la tête de matrice, et en même temps, s'étendant conjointement avec la partie arrière du tissu de tapis de façon à être composé entre un rouleau gaufré et un rouleau de caoutchouc, et à soumettre celui-ci à un composé formant avec la partie inférieure de la couche de tissu. Le tapis a un bon effet anti-glissement et ne présente aucun gauchissement de bord, et est résistant à la lumière, résistant au vieillissement, non toxique et sans saveur, sûr et fiable.

一种超强止滑立体TPE弹性结构复合地毯,由面料层(1)和TPE层(2)复合而成,TPE由80~90%的氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物和10~20%的聚丙烯组成,TPE层(2)厚度为1~2mm;其复合工艺包括如下步骤,第一,先将透明的TPE通过预加热80℃后,加入流延机器的料桶中,通过螺杆搅拌TPE,加热温度从140℃~200℃分6~9个区间加热,加热后的TPE形成浆糊状;第二,浆糊状的TPE通过金属接管挤入模头;第三,通过模头将浆糊状的TPE呈平面瀑布状流出,流出同时和所要复合的毯面背部一起从印花辊和橡胶辊之间穿过,与面料层底面复合成型。该地毯止滑效果好,不翘边,耐光照、抗老化,无毒无味,安全可靠。
