Provided are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel, the display panel comprising: a flexible substrate, which is provided with a flat part, a first island part and a second island part, the first island part and the second island part extending and protruding from the flat part and being provided at an interval; a semiconductor device, which is provided on the flat part of the flexible substrate; and an organic electroluminescence device, which is disposed on the semiconductor device. The present application solves the problem in the prior art in which a film layer is easily peeled off and wires are prone to breaking after a flexible display panel is bent.

L'invention concerne un substrat matriciel et son procédé de fabrication, et un panneau d'affichage, le panneau d'affichage comprenant : un substrat souple, qui comporte une partie plate, une première partie d'îlot et une seconde partie d'îlot, la première partie d'îlot et la seconde partie d'îlot s'étendant et faisant saillie à partir de la partie plate et étant disposées à un intervalle ; un dispositif à semi-conducteur, qui est disposé sur la partie plate du substrat souple ; et un dispositif électroluminescent organique, qui est disposé sur le dispositif à semi-conducteur. La présente invention résout le problème de l'état de la technique dans lequel une couche de film est facilement décollée et les fils sont susceptibles de se rompre après qu'un panneau d'affichage souple est plié.

一种阵列基板及其制造方法、及显示面板被提供,所述显示面板包括:柔性衬底,具有平坦部、第一岛状部及第二岛状部,第一岛状部和第二岛状部从平坦部延伸凸起,且相互间隔设置;半导体器件,设置在柔性衬底的平坦部上;以及有机电致发光器件,设置在半导体器件上。本申请解决了现有技术中柔性显示面板弯折后膜层容易剥离走线易发生断裂的问题。
