Provided is a method for predicting the concurrent volume of services of different types for a virtual machine, wherein same relates to the technical field of cloud computing. A method for predicting the concurrent volume of services of different types for a virtual machine. The method comprises: first, collecting and preprocessing the concurrent volume of historical services of a virtual machine; then, determining the types of concurrent volume of the services of the virtual machine on the basis of an improved 1-nearest neighbor-dynamic time warping (1NN-DTW) method; and finally, fitting, by means of a classification regression tree, the concurrent volume of services without a periodic change, and fitting, by means of a Fourier series (FS) and a classification and regression tree (CART), the concurrent volume of services with a periodic change. The method for predicting the concurrent volume of services of different types for a virtual machine provided in the present invention involves the prediction of the concurrent volume of each type of services of the virtual machine, thereby providing a basis for the increase or decrease in the virtual machine in the next step, and also facilitating the accurate estimation of the aging state of software of the virtual machine in order to achieve the aim of improving the performance and reliability of a working virtual machine.

L'invention se rapporte au domaine technique de l'informatique en nuage et concerne un procédé de prédiction du volume simultané de services de différents types pour une machine virtuelle. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : premièrement, collecter et prétraiter le volume simultané de services historiques d'une machine virtuelle ; ensuite, déterminer les types de volume simultané des services de la machine virtuelle sur la base d'un alignement temporel dynamique du plus proche voisin (1 NN-DTW) améliorée ; et enfin, ajuster, au moyen d'un arbre de régression de classification, le volume simultané de services sans changement périodique, et ajuster, au moyen d'une série de Fourier (FS) et d'un arbre de classification et de régression (CART), le volume simultané de services avec un changement périodique. Selon la présente invention, le procédé de prédiction du volume simultané de services de différents types pour une machine virtuelle implique la prédiction du volume simultané de chaque type de services de la machine virtuelle, ce qui permet d'obtenir une base pour l'augmentation ou la diminution de la machine virtuelle à l'étape suivante, et facilite également l'estimation précise de l'état de vieillissement du logiciel de la machine virtuelle afin d'atteindre l'objectif d'amélioration des performances et de la fiabilité d'une machine virtuelle de travail.

本发明提供一种针对虚拟机不同类型的业务并发量预测方法,涉及云计算技术领域。一种针对虚拟机不同类型的业务并发量预测方法,首先采集虚拟机的历史业务并发量,并进行预处理,;然后基于改进的1最近邻-动态时间调整方法1NN-DTW判断虚拟机业务并发量的类型;最后采用分类回归树拟合不具有周期变化的业务并发量;采用傅里叶级数FS和分类回归树CART拟合具有周期变化的业务并发量;本发明提供的针对虚拟机不同类型的业务并发量预测方法,对虚拟机各业务的并发量进行预测,可以为下一步虚拟机的增加或者减少提供依据,同时有助于准确估计虚拟机的软件老化状况,以达到提高工作虚拟机性能和可靠性的目的。
