Disclosed is a heat dissipation assembly (13), used for a motion camera (1), and comprising a heat pipe (131) and a first heat dissipation plate (132). Both an evaporation end (1311) and a condensation end (1312) of the heat pipe (131) make heat transfer contact with the first heat dissipation plate (132); and the first heat dissipation plate (132) is used for making heat transfer contact with a master chip (11) and is used for making heat transfer contact with a housing (19) of the motion camera (1), so as to enable the heat of the master chip (11) to be conducted via the housing (19). Therefore, the heat of the master chip (11) can be transferred to the heat pipe (131) and the first heat dissipation plate (132) and conducted via the housing (19), creating heat transfer contact with the first heat dissipation plate (132), such that a good heat dissipation effect on the master chip (11) is achieved, the heat dissipation assembly (13) is compact in structure, small in the space occupied and small in influence on the size of the motion camera (1), and the portability of the motion camera (1) is thus facilitated.

L'invention concerne un ensemble de dissipation de chaleur (13), utilisé pour une caméra de mouvement (1), et comprenant un tube de chauffe (131) et une première plaque de dissipation de chaleur (132). Une extrémité d'évaporation (1311) et une extrémité de condensation (1312) du tube de chauffe (131) établissent toutes les deux un contact de transfert de chaleur avec la première plaque de dissipation de chaleur (132); et la première plaque de dissipation de chaleur (132) est utilisée pour réaliser un contact de transfert de chaleur avec une puce maîtresse (11) et est utilisée pour réaliser un contact de transfert de chaleur avec un boîtier (19) de la caméra de mouvement (1), de manière à permettre la conduite de la chaleur de la puce maîtresse (11) par l'intermédiaire du boîtier (19). Par conséquent, la chaleur de la puce maîtresse (11) peut être transférée au tube de chauffe (131) et à la première plaque de dissipation de chaleur (132) et est conduite par l'intermédiaire du boîtier (19), créant un contact de transfert de chaleur avec la première plaque de dissipation de chaleur (132), de telle sorte qu'un bon effet de dissipation de chaleur sur la puce maîtresse (11) est atteint, l'ensemble de dissipation de chaleur (13) est de structure compacte, de petite taille dans l'espace occupé et de petite influence sur la taille de la caméra de mouvement (1), et la portabilité de la caméra de mouvement (1) est ainsi facilitée.
