The invention relates to a multifunctional copper cementer designed as a vertical tank having a cylindrical or rectangular cross-section, an internal double chamber, a conical bottom and an open top, thereby not accumulating gases. A liquid rich in soluble copper is supplied into the upper part of the first chamber or supply chamber, causing the liquid to make contact with scrap iron as it descends to the lower part of a chamber separation wall, subsequently passing to a discharge chamber, and again coming into contact with the scrap iron as it slowly ascends to empty through an overflow. During operation, a slight vibratory movement is maintained, the cementer also working as a clarifier. The precipitated copper is discharged by gravity in stages directly to a filter connected by bellows. Thus, the entire process of a plant is carried out in a single device.

La invención "Cementador de cobre multifuncional" se refiere al diseño de un estanque de sección cilíndrica o rectangular con doble cámara interna, de posición vertical, con fondo cónico y abierto superior no acumulando gases. La alimentación rica en cobre soluble se efectúa en la parte superior de la primera cámara o cámara, provocando el contacto del líquido con la chatarra de fierro en la medida que desciende hasta la parte inferior de la pared de separación de cámara para luego pasar a la cámara de descarga, entrando en contacto nuevamente con la chatarra de fierro en la medida que asciende lentamente para evacuar por el rebalse, manteniendo durante su operación un leve movimiento vibratorio trabajando también como clarificador. El cobre precipitado se descarga por gravedad en etapas directamente a un filtro conectado por un fuelle. Así, se realiza todo el proceso de una planta en un solo equipo.

L'invention, intitulée "Dispositif de cémentation de cuivre multifonctionnel", concerne la conception d'un bassin de section cylindrique ou rectangulaire à double chambre interne, à position verticale, avec fond conique et ouvert supérieur n'accumulant pas de gaz. L'alimentation riche en cuivre soluble s'effectue au niveau de la partie supérieure de la première chambre ou de la chambre, provoquant le contact du liquide avec la ferraille pendant sa descente jusqu'à la partie inférieure de la paroi de séparation de chambre pour ensuite passer à la chambre d'évacuation, entrant à nouveau en contact avec la ferraille pendant sa lente montée en vue d'une évacuation par débordement, un léger mouvement vibratoire agissant également comme clarificateur étant maintenu pendant son fonctionnement. Le cuivre précipité est évacué par gravité par étapes directement vers un filtre raccordé au moyen d'un élément formant soufflet. Cela permet de réaliser tout le procédé d'une installation en un seul équipement.
