A torque transmission device is disclosed. The disclosure comprises: a rotating body connected to a shaft of a power generating unit; and a rotated body coupled to the rotating body in an attachable/detachable manner, a rotated member being coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the rotated body. The rotating body is coupled to the shaft of the power generating unit, has a through-hole formed at the center thereof, and has multiple incisions formed radially and connected to the through-hole. The rotating body comprises multiple engaging members formed to protrude from the upper portion thereof, each engaging member having a stepped portion formed on the outer surface thereof. The rotated body has a coupling hole formed therein such that the multiple engaging members are fitted and coupled thereto. Multiple fitting grooves are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the engaging hole so as to correspond to the stepped portions. Accordingly, the present invention is advantageous in that same can receive power transmitted from a motor rotating shaft and rotate thereby, thereby stably supporting the rotation of a polishing material such as a polishing disc; same can provide a locking function such that the polishing member is not detached during a high-speed rotation; and same can prevent inverse rotations thereof.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transmission de couple. L'invention comprend : un corps rotatif relié à un arbre d'une unité de génération de puissance ; et un corps entraîné en rotation couplé au corps rotatif d'une manière pouvant être attachée/détachée, un élément entraîné en rotation étant couplé à la surface périphérique externe du corps entraîné en rotation. Le corps rotatif est couplé à l'arbre de l'unité de génération de puissance, a un trou traversant formé en son centre et a de multiples incisions formées radialement et reliées au trou traversant. Le corps rotatif comprend de multiples éléments de mise en prise formés pour faire saillie à partir de sa partie supérieure, chaque élément de mise en prise ayant une partie étagée formée sur sa surface externe. Un trou de couplage est formé à l'intérieur du corps entraîné en rotation de telle sorte que les multiples éléments de mise en prise soient ajustés et couplés à celui-ci. De multiples rainures d'ajustement sont formées sur la surface périphérique interne du trou de mise en prise de façon à correspondre aux parties étagées. Par conséquent, la présente invention est avantageuse en ce qu'elle peut recevoir de la puissance transmise à partir d'un arbre rotatif de moteur et ainsi tourner, ce qui permet de supporter de manière stable la rotation d'un matériau de polissage tel qu'un disque de polissage ; elle peut fournir une fonction de verrouillage de telle sorte que l'élément de polissage ne soit pas détaché pendant une rotation à grande vitesse ; et elle peut empêcher des rotations inverses de celui-ci.

회전력 전달장치가 개시된다. 개시되는 내용은, 동력발생부의 샤프트에 연결되는 회전체; 회전체에 탈착 가능하게 결합되며, 외주면에 피회전부재가 결합된 피회전체;를 포함하고, 회전체는 동력발생부의 샤프트에 결합되며, 중앙에 통공이 형성되고, 상기 통공에 연결되어 다수의 절개공이 방사상으로 형성되고, 상부로 돌출 형성되며 외면에 단턱이 형성된 걸림부재가 원주방향으로 다수로 형성되어 이루어지고, 피회전체는 다수의 걸림부재가 끼워져 결합되도록 결합공이 형성되며, 상기 걸림공의 내주면에는 상기 단턱에 대응되는 끼움홈이 다수 형성되어 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 모터 회전축의 동력을 전달받아 회전되어 연마디스크와 같은 연마재의 회전을 안정적으로 유지시켜줄 수 있고, 고속 회전시 연마재가 이탈되지 않도록 록킹기능을 제공하며, 아울러 역회전을 방지해줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
