This linear power supply circuit is provided with: an output transistor that is disposed between an input terminal to which an input voltage is applied and an output end to which an output voltage is applied; and a driver for driving the output transistor on the basis of the difference between a reference voltage and a voltage based on the output voltage. The driver is provided with: a differential amplifier; a converter; and a first capacitor disposed between an output of the differential amplifier and a ground potential. The linear power supply circuit is further provided with: a source follower circuit having a first transistor; a second transistor which is connected in series to the output transistor and which, together with the first transistor, constitutes a current mirror circuit; and a second capacitor which is connected to a control terminal of the first transistor.

La présente invention concerne un circuit d'alimentation électrique linéaire comprenant : un transistor de sortie disposé entre une borne d'entrée à laquelle une tension d'entrée est appliquée et une borne de sortie à laquelle une tension de sortie est appliquée; et un pilote pour exciter le transistor de sortie sur la base de la différence entre une tension de référence et une tension basée sur la tension de sortie. Le pilote comprend: un amplificateur différentiel; un convertisseur; et un premier condensateur disposé entre une sortie de l'amplificateur différentiel et un potentiel de terre. Le circuit d'alimentation électrique linéaire comprend en outre : un drain commun pourvu d'un premier transistor; un second transistor qui est connecté en série au transistor de sortie et qui, conjointement avec le premier transistor, constitue un circuit miroir de courant; et un second condensateur qui est connecté à une borne de commande du premier transistor.
