This motor rotor is provided with: an inner sleeve; a cylindrical permanent magnet disposed around the inner sleeve; and a resin portion comprising a resin filled in the gap between the inner sleeve and the permanent magnet. The inner sleeve is positioned facing the inner circumferential surface of an end of the permanent magnet in the axial direction and has a small diameter portion formed so as to become smaller in diameter than the region facing the inner circumferential surface of the central portion of the permanent magnet in the axial direction.

La présente invention concerne un rotor de moteur qui est pourvu : d'un manchon interne ; d'un aimant permanent cylindrique disposé autour du manchon interne ; et d'une partie de résine comprenant une résine chargée dans l'espace entre le manchon interne et l'aimant permanent. Le manchon interne est positionné face à la surface circonférentielle interne d'une extrémité de l'aimant permanent dans la direction axiale et a une partie de petit diamètre formée de façon à devenir plus petite en diamètre que la région faisant face à la surface circonférentielle interne de la partie centrale de l'aimant permanent dans la direction axiale.
