An electrode production method according to the present invention produces an electrode that contains an active material doped with an alkali metal. According to the present invention, an electrode precursor which is provided with a collector and an active material layer that is formed on the surface of the collector and contains an active material is immersed into a pretreatment solution which contains alkali metal ions, a solvent, and an additive that is capable of suppressing reductive decomposition of the solvent. After immersion of the electrode precursor in the pretreatment solution, the active material is doped with an alkali metal using a dope solution that contains alkali metal ions.

Un procédé de production d'électrode selon la présente invention produit une électrode qui contient un matériau actif dopé avec un métal alcalin. Selon la présente invention, un précurseur d'électrode qui est pourvu d'un collecteur et d'une couche de matériau actif qui est formée sur la surface du collecteur et contient un matériau actif est immergé dans une solution de pré-traitement qui contient des ions de métal alcalin, un solvant, et un additif qui permet de supprimer la décomposition réductrice du solvant. Après immersion du précurseur d'électrode dans la solution de pré-traitement, le matériau actif est dopé avec un métal alcalin à l'aide d'une solution de dopage qui contient des ions de métal alcalin.

電極製造方法は、アルカリ金属がドープされた活物質を含む電極を製造する。集電体と、前記集電体の表面に形成され、活物質を含む活物質層とを備える電極前駆体を、アルカリ金属イオン、溶媒、及び、前記溶媒の還元分解を抑制可能な添加剤を含む前処理溶液に浸漬する。前記電極前駆体を前記前処理溶液に浸漬した後、アルカリ金属イオンを含むドープ溶液を用い、前記活物質にアルカリ金属をドープする。
